| Technician Inventation for online session | |
A technicion on our support staff must generate the 6 digit PIN. They may give this to you over the phone, or send it in an e-mail message. This process provides a secure one time connection between your computer and a support technician. This will allow us to help you reslove problems, transfer and load updates much faster. Once the connection is closed, the systems can not reconnect without generating a new PIN.
You can also try connecting to the live support channel to see if a technician is available. If there is no technician available for online support you will see a message to try again, or send an e-mail with your question. If technicians are busy your request will time out after 10 minutes. You can try again later, or e-mail your question and you will be contacted by phone or e-mail with a PIN number to connect directly.

Without a substantial increase in support costs we can not promise after hours support. However, with our ongoing software development we tend to keep some pretty strange hours at the office. Sometimes we work late and sometimes we start early.
If you call in and leave a voice mail message, send us an E-Mail message or send a fax explaining your problem, we may be able to give you support outside of regular business hours.
Our preference for "after hours" replies would be E-Mail or Fax, or we will call you the next business day.
If you work a different job during the day, and are only available after hours, we can provide after hours phone support, if it is scheduled in advance.
