Names & Mailing Lists

This is the base module for Church Partner which you record the individual names and family units for your church membership, propects, and donors. Indiviual information allows you to keep track of Birthdates, Anniversary Dates, Date Joined, Date Batpized, Last Contact Date, Work Information as well as 4 User Defined Dates, and 5 user defined fields. Pictures can be loaded (and printed) for individuals and for families.

Visitation and counciling notes for each individual member. Reports can print the notes for a specific date range, or you can print a followup list based on no notes entered for a specific period of time.

Other reports include, Alphabetical Listing, Work Information, Age Listing, Birthday List, Anniversary List, Newsletter Labels, 7 different directory formats, including a pictoral directory.

The systems allows names to be selected by user defined member type codes, as well as other selection fields. Reports may be customized, and the Conditional Lists / Labels report allows selected information to be exported for use in other applications.
