Gifts & Pledges

The Gifts and Pledges module is designed to be used by organizations that record giving towards pledges or simply receipt donations. Offering Categories are defined by the user. The Member information inqiury has a tab for Giving & Pledges. As long as the user as the correct authorization to view giving information, the system will display a summary of the current year as well as the last 5 years. (See screen sample to the right.) You can also select a specific category and year and get a monthly summary, as well as the actual giving detail.

The system prings many different Giving and Pledge reports as well as Quarterly or Annual Giving Statements or Pledge Statements (Sample of Pledge statement is shown.) Other reports include, Dollar Analysis, Period Totals, Ranking of Givers, Names not Giving, Names not Pledging, Pledges that are Past Due, and Giving Acknowledgements.
