Church Partner is a full-featured software system that has been used by churches and Christian ministries for 17 years! These groups have memberships with as many as 70,000 members to less than 25 members! Large or Small, we can handle it!
Church Partner provides these groups with vital information neede for their organizational, administrative, and pastoral needs. Features include family information, counseling, visitation and confidential notes, donations, pledges, committees, schedules, attendance and member talents.
System Security is flexible and will allow the Treasurer full access to giving information, while the secretary may only have access to names and family address information.
- Names & Mailing List: Individual and Family Information, Counseling, Confidential, and Visitation notes, User defined fields, Dozens of reports including: Directories or Rosters, Text-Merge, Newsletter and Birthday labels.
- Donations and Pledges: Tracks contributions; 999 categories; prints statements; Complies with all tax laws; Enters contribution by name or envelope number; Can link to the General Ledger; Various reports for donation information.
- Committees / Schedules / Attendance: Allows committees to be created and names (from the Names module) assigned to the committees. Committees can be for actual committees, such as Church Board or Finance Committee, or it can be any group of people where you need to record attendance, such as Sunday School Classes. Attendance cay be recorded for these committees for for the Worship Services by Member Type. Schedules may be created with Committee meetings date and time. Reports allow you to print Labels, Lists Attendance by Committee or Individual, Lists committee meetings, times and places for members.
- Talents: Allows you to keep track for members talents (also interests and spiritual gifts). You define the talent codes that meet your needs. These talent codes can be quickly assigned to members. Then when a need arrises, you can quickly find the people that can help you meet these needs.
